Matthew Spears is an experienced program management professional with a robust background in IT and business integration, corporate maturity model development, and strategic alignment, currently serving at Horizon Pharma plc since December 2014. Previous roles include leadership positions at Discover Financial Services, where Matthew oversaw the Program Management Office for banking operations, and at HSBC, providing strategic advisory to senior management.
