Tina Grigorova

Tina Grigorova, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Commercial Analytics at Horizon since September 2020, Tina previously held the role of Associate Director in the same department. Prior to Horizon, Tina worked at Citadel Securities focusing on People Analytics from February 2018 to August 2020. Tina’s career began at Beghou Consulting, where a progressive series of roles took place from Analyst to Associate Manager between August 2011 and January 2018, contributing to data-driven solutions in healthcare management. Additionally, Tina has held internships at Altair Advisers and Allstate. Tina holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
