Horizons for Homeless Children
Alyson Penelope Ferro has extensive experience in administrative support, event planning, and education. Currently serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Northeast Independent Living Program since April 2018, Alyson also contributes as a part-time volunteer ESL Teacher and Event Coordinator for Horizons for Homeless Children. Previous roles include Worldwide Volunteer and SRG Construction Event Planner at Habitat for Humanity International, Office Manager at The Salvation Army, and HR Organizational Development Coordinator at Hanscom Air Force Base, among others. With a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Creative Writing, Spanish, and Business Administration from Merrimack College, Alyson demonstrates a strong commitment to community service and youth empowerment.
