Jacqueline Barajas has a vast experience in various roles that focus on advocacy, partnerships, youth support, refugee resettlement, and student admissions. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare & Justice and a minor in Peace Conflict, Jacqueline is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and refugees. Through their work at Horizons for Youth, The Resurrection Project, AmeriCorps Public Allies, and other organizations, Jacqueline has shown a commitment to serving vulnerable populations and promoting cultural awareness.

Since 1991, Horizons for Youth has committed to understanding each individual student’s need and filling that gap. Through a series of highly coordinated, targeted support services, we create spaces for youth of all academic ability levels to succeed.
