Horizons for Youth
Lupe Ruiz has extensive experience in finance, operations, and human resources. Lupe has held various managerial roles at Horizons for Youth and The Children's Place. Lupe also has experience as an Office Administrative Assistant at Northeastern Illinois University. Lupe Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Northeastern Illinois University.
