Tessa Wolff is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in the recruiting and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Talent Experience Manager at Horizontal Talent since June 2019, Tessa focuses on connecting consultants with opportunities and fulfilling client talent needs, supported by Horizontal Digital. Previously, Tessa worked at Konik PrimeStaff as an Account Executive, where responsibilities included developing engineering and architectural accounts and managing key client relationships. Earlier roles included North American Marketing Manager at AMD, overseeing demand generation activities, and Marketing Specialist at Catapult Systems, where Tessa executed numerous events and managed lead generation. Tessa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College.
