Aaron C. Wichmann

Aaron C. Wichmann, MBA, CFI, CFPM, currently serves as the Senior Compliance Investigations Manager at Hormel Foods, where responsibilities include conducting complex internal investigations related to employee misconduct and policy violations. Prior to this position, Wichmann was the Asset Protection Manager at Lunds & Byerlys, leading an organization-wide asset protection program aimed at minimizing inventory shrink. Wichmann's extensive career in loss prevention spans over two decades, including roles as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Signet Jewelers, District Loss Prevention Manager at The Sports Authority and Payless Cashways, and Internal Investigator at Nordstrom, among others. Wichmann holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Corrections/Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, Wichmann contributed as a Board Member for the Minnesota Organized Retail Crime Association.
