Andrew Lafaver

Andrew LaFaver is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Hormel Foods since October 2019. In this role, Andrew leads the corporate Talent Acquisition team, focusing on various recruitment efforts including internships and executive recruitment, while overseeing the achievement of key performance indicators related to diversity hiring and candidate lifecycle. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple recruiting positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill from October 2012 to October 2018, ultimately leading the search strategy for restaurant leaders in the Southeast region. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
