Dominic Carlisano has extensive experience in operations management, beginning at Hormel Foods in July 2017, where accomplishments include managing teams of 10-90 union employees, achieving over a 5% increase in productivity in the first year, and leading the Safety Committee during a record year for safety. Prior leadership roles include serving as President of the SJU Club Volleyball Team, where Dominic successfully doubled team membership and managed all operational aspects, and as a Resident Assistant for two years, leading and advising 65 residents. Experience as a Lead Tennis Instructor at both Valley Athletic Association and Rosemount Area Athletic Association involved program development and staff management. Earlier roles included positions as a Line Cook and Head Tennis Professional, and an internship at SUPERVALU. Dominic holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Saint John's University and graduated with honors from Eagan High School.
