Tom Raymond has over 25 years of experience in environmental sustainability and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Sustainability at Hormel Foods Corporate Services since October 2005, Tom oversees the organization’s environmental programs, focusing on staff development, management systems, and compliance with environmental laws. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, where Tom guided programs related to key environmental regulations, and as an Environmental Engineer at Champion International, specializing in wastewater and air quality programs. Tom holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Samford University, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Chemistry & Environmental Studies from St. Cloud State University.
