Cynthia Hebert

Cynthia (Cindy) Hebert has extensive maritime experience, currently serving as Master 1600T Oceans 3000 ITC, Master Osv 6000 IT Oceans, DPO Unlimited, and Assessor at Hornbeck Offshore since 2010. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at Tidewater Marine from 1988 to 2009, progressing from Cook to AB, Mate, and eventually Master. Earlier experience includes trucking as a driver at Farmer Trucking Co. and serving as a Cook at Tidewater Marine LLC in 1981-1982. Cindy's education encompasses various specialized maritime training, including ECDIS, DP, firefighting, and leadership and managerial courses, along with certifications in CPR, first aid, confined space, and radar/ARPA.
