Travis Souza

Travis Souza has experience working as a Chief Engineer at Hornbeck Offshore since May 2015, and as a Second Assistant Engineer from December 2013 to May 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Overseas Shipholding Group as a Second Assistant Engineer from August 2012 to November 2013. Travis also worked at the University of Hawai'i as a Second Assistant Engineer from June 2010 to August 2012, and as a Third Assistant Engineer from September 2009 to June 2010.

Travis Souza attended the Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Engineering. In addition to their degree, Travis also obtained several certifications from the U.S. Coast Guard. In June 2009, they obtained the certification of Third Assistant Engineer of Gas Turbine Propelled Vessels of Any Horsepower. Later, in August 2014, they obtained the certifications of Chief Engineer Limited and First Assistant Engineer of Motor Propelled Vessels of Any Horsepower.
