Cézar Souza

Cézar Souza is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Hornblower Group since February 2019, specializing in the research, planning, design, and engineering of power distribution and technology systems for vessel construction and refit projects. Previous roles include Special Projects Electrician at Cum Laude Group, Carpenter at both Cum Laude Group and DME Poços de Caldas, and Engineer Internship, where expertise in analyzing commercial and residential projects was developed. Early experience as a Technical Assistant at Phenix Engenharia involved surveying low and medium voltage assets and understanding local distribution networks. Cézar also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Alcoa, managing tax schedules and departmental processes.
