Kesha Simon

Kesha Simon is a seasoned project manager currently working at HORNE since June 2023, previously serving as a Senior Grant Manager at Civix from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Program & Compliance Manager at the City of Dallas, managing the Compliance Division of the Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization Department from February 2019 to June 2021. Kesha also held the position of Affordable Housing Program Manager at the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority from March 2011 to March 2019 and worked as a Compliance Specialist at the Housing Authority of New Orleans from July 2009 to March 2011. Kesha earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University from 1998 to 2002 and has further education from NeighborWorks.
