Samantha Joseph

Samantha Joseph is an experienced professional with a diverse background in government services, community outreach, and the arts. Currently serving as a Government Services Supervisor and Federal Public Assistance Senior Grant Coordinator at HORNE, Samantha specializes in COVID-19 public assistance claims validation and leads a regional team. In addition, Samantha holds roles as a Public Benefits Coach and Community Outreach Coordinator at Project Row Houses, where efforts focus on addressing the needs of financially insecure communities.
