Thomas Lohman, P.E., S.E. has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as the Business Unit Leader for Structural at Horner & Shifrin, Inc. since February 2007, after previously holding the position of Assistant Business Unit Leader - Structural Bridge. Prior to joining Horner & Shifrin, Thomas worked as a Senior Structural Engineer at the Missouri Department of Transportation from December 1996 to February 2007. Thomas holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where education was completed between 1991 and 1996.
