José G. started working in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech. In 2011, they moved to Teleperformance Mexico where they worked in the same role. In 2015, they joined Hornet as a Customer Service Representative. Later, they became the Livestream Content Manager, responsible for interacting with Hornet Live audience, maximizing user engagement and growth.
