Reid Oliver

Reid Oliver currently serves as the Director of Fleet Services for Horry County Government, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Reid worked at Carroll County MD from April 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included serving as the Bureau Chief of Fleet Management & Warehouse Operations. Reid's career in fleet management began at Koons Automotive Companies, where a position as Fleet Technician was held from 2013 to 2018. Reid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership/HR from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from the Community College of Baltimore County.
