Ryan Graham, PE, began their career at HTC inc. (Horry Telephone Cooperative) as an OSP Engineering Intern from May 1997 to August 1999. Ryan later returned to the company in July 2012 and currently holds the titles of Executive Director, Plant Engineering, and Director, OSP Engineering.
