Doug Baker

Doug Baker is an experienced supply chain professional with a diverse background in sourcing, procurement, and commodity management. Currently serving as Commodity Manager at The Horsburgh & Scott Co. since June 2011, Doug focuses on aligning the supply chain to improve On Time Delivery performance, enhance cost margins, and drive continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Previous roles include consulting for small to mid-sized manufacturing and design companies, as well as key positions at Ridge Tool Company, Lincoln Electric, Emerson Network Power, and Nordson Corporation, where Doug accumulated expertise in commodity management and sourcing strategies. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Purchasing & Materials Management and Production & Operations Management from Bowling Green State University.
