Mike Bagwell

Mike Bagwell is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Director of Sales at Horsburgh & Scott since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing growth strategies to enhance market share and revenue on a global scale. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Motion Industries from October 1992 to August 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President of Repair & Services. Mike advanced through the organization by successfully leading enterprise-level projects, restructuring operations, and developing significant corporate accounts, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
