Jesper Pagh

Jesper Pagh is a seasoned city architect currently serving as the Head of Planning and Building Control at Horsens Kommune since January 2023. Previously, Jesper held the role of City Architect and Head of Urban Development at Rødovre Kommune from June 2021 to December 2022, overseeing urban planning within the Technical Administration. Academic experience includes positions as an Assistant Professor at Roskilde University, focusing on planning law and practice, and as an External Lecturer at DIS - Study Abroad, covering Danish architecture in broader contexts. Additional roles include research and teaching at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - KADK, serving as CEO of Akademisk Arkitektforening, and contributing as a PhD Scholar. Jesper holds a Master's degree in Architecture from KADK, attained from 1996 to 2002.
