Flip Diphillipo

Flip DiPhillipo has extensive experience in guest services and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Guest Services and the Director of Safety and Security at Horseshoe Bay Resort since September 2013. Previously, Flip held the position of Director of Aviation at Horseshoe Bay Resort & Conference Center from September 2017 to September 2021. Flip also has a solid background in emergency management, having worked as a Lieutenant at Gallatin Fire Department from 1995 to March 2013 and as an EMD for Sumner EMS from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, Flip served in the United States Army from December 1985 to December 1991, specializing in supply and logistics as well as small arms repair. Flip earned a Technical Certificate in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Western Kentucky University.
