Chris Jorgensen has extensive experience in guest services and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Guest Services at Lincoln Park Zoo since August 2005. Prior to this role, Chris owned Chicago All Stars from 2006 to 2012, a retail and aftermarket storefront specializing in sports and entertainment collectibles. Earlier in the career, Chris was the Director of Operations at Splish Splash Waterpark from 1999 to 2004 and worked at Niles Park District as the Aquatics Coordinator from 1991 to 1999, starting as a seasonal employee. Educationally, Chris holds a B.A. in English from Eastern Illinois University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Oakton College.
