Victoria Lawrence is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in operational management, public health, and community care. Currently serving as the Primary Care Network Operational Manager at NHS since January 2020, Victoria collaborates with clinical directors to enhance practice resilience and improve population health. Additionally, Victoria is the Lead Manager for Community Primary Care at Brighton and Hove CCG, providing strategic support to GP practices and ensuring effective communication within the community. As a Public Health Improvement Specialist for Brighton and Hove Public Health since 2015, Victoria manages health improvement initiatives and contracts. Victoria also oversees the Horsham Wellbeing Hub as Health and Wellbeing Manager for Horsham District Council and leads health programs for Age UK, focusing on physical activity and healthy eating.
