Sara Santoro

Sara Santoro currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Hort Innovation, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sara worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Foxtel Group from October 2020 to December 2022. Sara's career in human resources began at FOX SPORTS Australia, where positions included HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Administrator, and Concierge Manager between March 2014 and October 2020. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney, obtained in 2014, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching from ACAP University College.
