Dr. Monika Becker

Dr. Monika Becker is an accomplished leader in technology and digitalization with extensive experience in consulting and talent acquisition. Since June 2001, Dr. Becker has served as the Director of Technology & Digitalisation at HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH, guiding tech growth companies and market leaders in assembling effective executive teams, with a focus on segments such as SaaS, IoT, AI, RPA, Analytics, and CyberSecurity, while advocating for diversity in recruiting. Concurrently, Dr. Becker has been the Sector Head for IT & Digitalisation at Horton International since April 2015, working collaboratively on global assignments and enhancing consulting profiles for clients in various tech sectors, including Embedded Systems and Telecommunications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at INFO GmbH, where Dr. Becker addressed employee feedback, career development, and recruiting tools. Dr. Becker holds a PhD in Psychology from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
