Karsten Klaus

Karsten Klaus is a seasoned professional in strategy and organization with extensive experience in management consulting. Since March 2016, Karsten has been with Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, focusing on strategy implementation, target operating models, and organizational design. Prior to this, Karsten served as Director of Strategy & Operations and Head of Organization Design at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading initiatives in operating model transformation and business model design. Additional roles include managerial positions at The Hackett Group and Unilog Management, as well as a senior consultant role at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Karsten holds a Master of Business Management and Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and completed a term in Econometrics at Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius in Brussels.
