Heinz Wehrle Mrics

Heinz Wehrle MRICS serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Horwath HTL since June 2008, leading a one-stop shop for hotel development and asset management, while also acting as Managing Partner providing advisory services for hotel owners, developers, and operators. Additionally, since May 2022, Heinz is a Partner at ENYO Cyber Intelligence AG and has been a Visiting Lecturer at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne since September 2019, teaching courses in Hotel Asset Management and Real Estate Financing. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Helog, CEO at various pre-openings and turnaround management projects, Managing Director at Magic Hotel Management, and General Manager/Owner at Hotel Guarda Val. Heinz's background also includes roles in human resources and front desk management in notable hotels. Educational credentials include degrees from EHL, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and the Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern.
