William Kottenstette (Bill)

Bill Kottenstette has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. William (Bill) started their career as a General Manager at Potomac Hotel Group (now Modus Hotels) in 1984. William (Bill) then joined Laventhol & Horwath - Denver Office in 1987 as an Associate until 1991. In 1991, they became the Managing Director at Horwath HTL and has held that position ever since.

Bill Kottenstette attended the University of Denver, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Hotel & Restaurant Management. In 2020, they enrolled at Cornell University and completed a certificate program in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.
