Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is an experienced manufacturing and welding engineer with a robust background in process improvement and management. Currently employed at Hose Master LLC since May 2012, Michael has held multiple roles including Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Process Improvement Engineer, focusing on enhancing production operations and implementing new processes. Previously, as a Lead Welding Engineer, responsibilities included managing welding code compliance, corporate welder training, and developing welding techniques. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Penn State Food Services and maintenance work at Thompson Farm, where mechanical skills were applied to enhance operational efficiency.
