Michelle Posch

Michelle Posch, MBA, currently serves as a Marketing Analyst at Hose Master LLC since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development & Marketing Associate at Immobileyes Inc. from January 2021 to May 2023, and Founder of Rapbo from July 2019 to September 2020. Earlier in the career, Michelle held positions such as Marketing Intern at Cleveland Metroparks and Marketing and Community Engagement Intern at Allterra Solar. Michelle also founded Luster Glass, managing design, crafting, and financial aspects of the business. Educational achievements include an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American University, complemented by coaching experience as Head Diving Coach for the City of Cleveland Heights.
