Eric Driancourt

Senior Project Manager at Hosokawa Alpine

Eric Driancourt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the manufacturing industry.

Eric started their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Nestlé France S.A.S. in 2001. The following year, they worked as a Production Engineer at Atofina. After that, they joined Omya in 2003 and held multiple positions, including Process Engineer in South Europe and Process Engineer in Europe and Middle East. During their time at Omya, Eric worked on optimization and commissioning projects, participated in the start-up of new installations, and contributed to standardizing instrumentation. Eric played a key role in identifying best practices and sharing them with regional competence centers.

In 2009, Eric became a Process and Performance Manager in Asia Pacific at Omya, where they were involved in the design and commissioning of new plants, solving application problems for customers, and implementing an agile organizational structure. Eric then transitioned to the role of Process and Project Manager / Energy Manager - Carbonates Europe, leading a team responsible for technical subjects and energy cost reduction programs.

In 2013, Eric joined Imerys as a Process and Project Manager / Energy Manager, initially for Carbonates Europe and later for Performance Minerals Asia Pacific. Eric led cost reduction programs, supported mergers and acquisitions, and was involved in product development for plastics.

Most recently, in 2021, Eric started working as a Senior Project Manager at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated skills in project management, process optimization, energy cost reduction, and training. Their achievements include implementing tools for project monitoring, achieving consecutive years of successful cost reduction, and developing new drying technologies. Eric is known for their ability to propose innovative solutions and drive organizational improvements.

Eric Driancourt began their education in 1999 at CentraleSupélec, where they studied Process and Environment. Eric remained at CentraleSupélec until 2002. In 2017, Eric attended Imerys and completed a program in Lean Management, earning a Yellow Belt.
