Anne Shorrock

Anne Shorrock is the Head of People and Culture at Hospice Isle of Man, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading the people strategy and managing all HR matters. Prior to this role, Anne served as Director of HR Services at Isle of Man Public Service Careers from January 2016 to November 2021, focusing on strategic and operational HR across Government. Anne's career includes significant positions within the Isle of Man Government, including Business Partner and Head of Employment Services, Engagement and Change Support Officer, and Learning and OD Manager, where various initiatives in HR development, employee engagement, and performance management were undertaken. Educational background includes completion of high school at St Ninian's High School in Douglas, Isle of Man.
