Laura Alexoff is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in hospice and public health. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse and RN Case Manager at Hospice of Cincinnati since March 2016, Laura independently manages a caseload of hospice home care patients. Previously, Laura held the position of Clinical Manager / Team Leader at Hospice of Medina County, overseeing an Interdisciplinary Team for an average daily census of 110 patients and managing day-to-day operations. Laura's career includes a long tenure at Hospice of Cincinnati as an RN Case Manager and Staff RN in the Inpatient Care unit, and earlier experience as a Public Health Nurse with the Cincinnati Health Department. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron.
