Rick Bourne

Rick Bourne is the current CEO of Hospice of Marion County. Rick has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including previous positions as a consultant and President/CEO. Rick has a proven track record of success in growing and improving healthcare organizations. Rick is a strategic thinker and an effective leader, who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve results. Rick is also a skilled communicator, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members, employees, and customers.

Rick Bourne has a Master's of Science in Management with an emphasis in Managerial Leadership from the Minnesota School of Business. Rick also has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Montana. Rick has not completed a Master's in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University.
