Dean Dreibelbis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Hospice of the Chesapeake since July 2022, Dean previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Marcum LLP and Benefits and Payroll Specialist at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company. Dean's expertise encompasses benefits administration, HRIS, regulatory compliance, performance management, and employee relations, supported by a solid foundation in health care and nonprofit organizations. Dean holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, and Secondary Education from Towson University.
