Mina Chang

Mina Chang, MD HMDC FAAHPM is a highly experienced Chief Medical Officer and Hospice Medical Director at Hospice East Bay. Prior to their current role, Mina held various leadership positions at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., including Assistant Chief of Palliative Medicine and Hospice, Director of Outpatient Palliative Care Services, and Associate Hospice Medical Director. Mina has a diverse educational background, with degrees from Yale School of Medicine, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and Wharton Executive Education.
