Healthcare Team

The Healthcare Team at Hospice of the Upstate provides comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with terminal illnesses. The team includes physicians, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, patient care managers, bereavement coordinators, hospice liaisons, and social workers, all working together to manage symptoms, provide emotional support, and offer end-of-life care services to patients and their families.
