Lauren Hovey, MSW, is a dedicated social worker currently serving as the Palliative Pathways Outreach Coordinator at Hospice Of The West since March 2023. With extensive experience in medical social work, Lauren has previously held roles at American Premier Home Health Care and Aviant Healthcare, focusing on psychosocial assessments and supportive counseling for patients and their families. Prior to these positions, Lauren contributed to crisis intervention efforts with the Glendale Fire Department and supported operational functions at Family Promise. Lauren holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.
