Vivian Hsia Davis

Vivian Hsia Davis is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at Montgomery College since March 2022, Vivian also holds the position of Managing Principal at Summer Group and Human Resources Executive at Hospice of Washington County, both since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Vivian was the Chief People Officer at Capital Caring from January 2018 to September 2021 and Vice President of Human Resources at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center from April 1993 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Vivian gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Children's National Medical Center from April 1989 to April 1993. Educationally, Vivian completed an ICF Accredited Program in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance at American University in September 2021, and holds both a Bachelor's degree from Towson University and a Master's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
