Anne Harper

Anne Harper is a highly experienced medical professional serving as Medical Director at Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County since July 2004, with concurrent duties as a hospice physician at Community Hospice. Anne Harper holds board certification in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Prior to these roles, Anne Harper was the Health Commissioner for Tuscarawas County from May 1998 to May 2004. Anne Harper earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) between 1981 and 1985, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Geneva College from 1977 to 1981.
