Ciara Diemer Lcsw

Ciara Diemer, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and bereavement counseling, currently serving as Supervisor of Bereavement, Social Work, and Chaplaincy at The Community Hospice since March 2013. Additionally, Ciara works as a Community Bereavement Counselor and has held various roles in the field, including Social Worker at Community Hospice and MSW Intern positions at Ellis Medicine and Mountain Valley Hospice. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Case Manager at the Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders of Northeastern NY and Mental Health Assistant at Ellis Medicine. Ciara earned a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hartwick College.
