Martin Cordy FCA has extensive work experience in finance and governance roles. Martin is currently the Director of Finance and Governance at Hospiscare since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Devon Doctors where they held multiple positions, including Director of Finance and Contract Assurance from May 2021 to July 2022, Director of Contract Assurance from February 2021 to November 2021, Head of Quality and Governance from December 2019 to February 2021, and Head of Operations from April 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Devon Doctors, Martin worked as an Urgent Care Commissioner at the Northern Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group from March 2013 to January 2018. Martin also served as an Associate Director of Corporate Assurance at NHS Devon from May 2012 to March 2013. Martin's early career includes the role of Internal Audit Manager at Audit South West from July 2007 to May 2012.

Martin Cordy FCA attended Reading Blue Coat School from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they studied at the University of Bath and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
