Renato Azevedo

Renato Azevedo serves as the Corporate Healthcare Excellence Manager - Master Black Belt at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein since January 2022, overseeing the Healthcare Operational Excellence Program with more than 150 Lean Six Sigma projects annually and generating approximately $50MM in financial results while leading a high-performance team of 15 FTEs. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Continuous Improvement & Industrial Engineering at Trivium Packaging, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Berry Global, Inc., and various positions at Unilever focusing on innovation and process development. Renato also contributed to academia as an Invited Teacher on Lean Six Sigma topics at Centro Universitário de Itajubá and UninCor University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar and multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
