Amy Nunziata

Amy Nunziata serves as the Senior Vice President of Facilities Design, Construction and Planning at the Hospital for Special Surgery since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Executive Managing Director at JLL from October 2023 to July 2025, having also served as Executive Vice President for Healthcare within Work Dynamics. Amy's experience includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Facilities Operations and Engineering at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from August 2017 to October 2023 and as Associate Laboratory Director for Facilities and Operations at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Amy started career at Stony Brook University, where tenure lasted from 1992 until November 2011, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Environmental Stewardship. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University.
