Andrea K. Papson

Andrea K. Papson, MBA, DPT, PT, ATC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Operational Excellence at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where responsibilities include site planning, incident management, and enhancing technology and operational connectivity. With a proven track record in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and initiatives, Andrea identifies KPIs to track operational performance, improve long-term outcomes, and leads a value-based care initiative through multifaceted strategies. Previous positions include roles as a Physical Therapist at PhysioArts and Encore Physical Therapy, and as a Clinical Supervisor in informatics and rehabilitation. Andrea holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York University, an MBA from Hofstra University, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from The George Washington University, and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
