Martha Bailey

Martha Bailey currently serves as Chief Administrator for the Spine, Physiatry & Limb Lengthening department at the Hospital for Special Surgery since October 2022. Previously, Martha held the position of Associate Principal at The Chartis Group and served in various roles at Guidehouse, including Director of Healthcare Operations Innovation and Associate Director of Healthcare Performance Excellence after the acquisition of Navigant. Martha also contributed to Planned Parenthood of New York City as Vice President of Health Services Operations and occupied several leadership positions at NYU Langone Health, focusing on hospital operations and project management. Early career experiences include roles at Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and UCLA Health. Martha holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Loyola Marymount University.
