Angela Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and leadership development. Angela currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent and Culture at Horace Mann, where they are responsible for setting the overall roadmap for the company's culture and driving the talent strategy. Prior to this, Nguyen served as System Vice President, Talent Management & Colleague Relations at Hospital Sisters Health System, where they led talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent development for the health system. Angela has also held various HR roles at Memorial Health, Benchmark Human Services, Parman Group, Inc., and Curtis & Associates. Nguyen has a Master's degree in Human Resources and holds certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and RACR.
