Patty Allen

Patty Allen has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Patty is currently serving as the System Chief Financial Officer for Care Delivery at Hospital Sisters Health System since 2023. Before that, they held positions as CFO - Wisconsin Division at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital Green Bay from 2020 to 2023 and as the HSHS Western Wisconsin Chief Financial Officer at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Eau Claire from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Central Illinois Division Controller/Vice President Finance - St. John's at Hospital Sisters Health System from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Chief Financial Advisor and Chief Business Analytics Advisor at Columbia St. Mary's from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they have previous roles at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, ORBIS Corporation, and CNH, where they gained experience in financial analysis and accounting.

Patty Allen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Monmouth College from 1991 to 1995. Patty then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1999 to 2003.
